Womens XS Black Arctic Parka Winter Coat. Brand is Universal Threads. The coat is nice and thick. It is water resistant. There is a full zipper along with button snap closures. You can cinch the waist with the elastic on the outside. There are pockets on the outside of the jacket that have two access points - from the top and the side (see pictures). The neck is lined with nice soft material as well as the hood. You can tighten the hood with the attached strings (see attached picture). The length of the jacket is longer so it covers your butt.
