Women’s Upcycled Dress/Top - NWT

Women’s NWT Upcycled dress/top - I put the hearts on the dress - hand stitched with purple thread. The color is teal. I think it is a more distressed teal. Super cute and I only Upcycled two. I washed the other one on gentle and the last two pictures will show you how the hearts turned out after the wash. I did not put in dryer. The first buyer will get the one with the tag the second buyer will get the one that has been washed but never worn.
