Love this BDG dress! It ties at the shoulders so you can adjust it how ever you want. The fabric is a nice weight and has a nice ribbed texture to it. Check out the video and see how nice the bottom part swings and moves! very fun and flirty! I am 5'5" and tieing the straps at a modest place makes the dress fall mid to mini length.
