It has a cowl neck, and features adjustable, thin straps that go over the shoulders. It is primarily green, with a floral pattern. It is NEW WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Excellent condition. The top is made from 58% Viscose, and 42% Lenzing. It is dry clean only. This piece is a women's size Large. Nice to give for a gift. Measurements are approximate, but I do try my best.
