Womens Vintage Blouse

Blue violet vintage Blouse with mock neck. Has 3 buttons to close at the neck and hidden buttons down the front. The sleeves on both sides of the wrists are missing buttons. Tag reads size 10 (vintage sizing). It also has shoulder pads. Please see pictures for measurements. The color is what is shown on the mannequin.
