kitcats @slzeff Good Morning, The measurements are: 22” Armpit to Armpit 16” Armpit to cuff of Sleeve 48” Neck to Hem I was only able to find 1 tag which I added in the photos. The Herringbone is Wool and the Raincoat is a cotton Blend I Believe. Please feel free to ask any other questions. It’s a great Vintage a coat. Thank you for your interest Blessings
