Women’s Vintage Dress Size Small/Medium

Women’s vintage Jessica Howard dress. Black with long stem red roses. Lightweight material with shoulder pads that could easily be removed if preferred. The model is a size 4-6. The arms were a perfect fit however there was room in the waist area. The tag was completely faded so I removed it, therefore I am not positive on the size. In excellent condition with no signs of wear.
