Women’s Vintage Gap High Waisted Velvet Jeans

New with tags, these jeans are black velvet, have two side slash pockets, zipper and button closure and are cuffed at the bottom. These are circa late 90’s and are high waisted, fit loosely through the thigh and are tapered at the bottom. Unfortunately, the size tag is missing. I wear a 2P but these are not petite so I am assuming they are either a zero or a two. Approximate measurements are: 39 1/4” is length, 14 1/4” across top of waist band, 28” inseam, 18” just below bottom of pockets.
