Womens Vintage Howard Wolf Mexican folf art circle skirt

Colorful super full🤣 circle skirt. In one of the photos I folded the skirt in half with a measurement, double that to get the full amount. Skirt is in pre-owned decent condition. Has a few light marks as circled in one of the photos. Has 2 pockets, and seems like the waist might have had elastic but its shot. Embrace and stictched decorative boarder. Looks like it had a belt a one time.
