Women’s Vtg I.N.C. Blouse with Sheer Sleeves

Adorable vintage (90’s) mint green and white button front 3/4 sleeve blouse. Nylon mesh with polka dots, the body of the garment is lined but the sleeves are sheer which really lends a breezy style to this blouse. Great top for white jeans or pants. Lining seems faded in spots but it was like that upon purchase.
