Women’s Western Belt With Metal Buckle

Very rare and unique Western belt in light blue faux suede and silver metal insert ribbing with silver buckle. Studded design on the suede. Metal hook closure. Never worn. No tags so I dont know the size but it looks like small. See the measurements in photos. In new condition.
