Women's Whet Blu Madelin Quilted Moto 100% Leather Jacket

I have two of the same jackets. The brand is They are 100% black, Quilted Leather. Brand: Whet Blu Never worn with original tags on both Size medium - This jacket runs small. I do not think the sizing chart for it is correct. My measurements are: 39" chest & 27" waist 125 lbs & I am not able to zip it up in the chest, and it's tight in the shoulders.
