Women’s “White House Black Market” Dress

This is a great all around dress, that can be worn to dinner, wedding or church. It has a flattering shape with a halter style that looks great on everyone. It fits around your mid section then flares out pretty. I’m 5’4” and it hits below my knees. Has pretty open back. Can really be worn most of year, because of the coloring. The design also makes it fun and not boring.
