Rise is 10 inches. waist laying flat is 29 inches. excellent condition. Only worn a handful of times. They have been washed. They have been dried. Comes from a non-smoking home. In my opinion, these have a tendency to be stretchy and if you start with them really tight, they will not get saggy by the end of the day. 99% cotton 1% spandex.
