Women’s XXS Navy & Pink Floral Fit and Flair Short Dress

Women’s size XXS, similar fit to girls’ size 14/16 or women’s 00. Slight stretch to fabric. Fits snug on bodice and bottom flares. Tulle underskirt. Colors are deep navy, blush pink, white and silver. Zips up back. Modest open back and higher neck design. Great for teens and tweens. Very soft fabric. My daughter paired this with pink high top Converse for a dance that was cancelled. This dress is new without tags, never worn. Roughly estimated measurements are 31” from shoulder to hem (top to bottom), 18” from bottom of waist to hem, and 11” wide waist from left to right (about 22” waist without stretching).
