Women’s black and white cotton dress

Beautiful woman’s Liz Claiborne white cotton dress with black polkadots. Belt is missing but can easily add your own belt or cut loops off as they are not needed to make the dress look super super cute! Unique keyhole opening in the back with button closure at the neck and zipper at the waist. Appx 18.5” from underarm to underarm and appx 36” from shoulder seam to hem laid flat. Only worn once
