Women’s black and white paisley Maxi dress/ romper by Japna- size M

Women’s maxi/ floor length dress. Has shorts underneath and a slit in the middle that opens when walking. Black and white paisley type print with red detailing. Stretchy band at waist and ties in the middle with tassels at the end of the tie. V-neck cut, kimono style sleeves that go approximately to the elbow, and key hole opening with button closure at the top of the back. Made of 100% rayon. The waist measure at 15inches, but there is stretch to the waist. Fraying that is hardly noticeable at the bottom seam of the left side of dress.
