Womens black cotton jumper dress

This is a 100% cotton black jumper with large gusset pockets and short front zipper trimmed with fine plaid (see pics for details on trims). The tag size indicates french 38 and US 6 but seems much bigger than that. measures 18 in from armpits across and split hem in back falls about 2 inches longer than front.(38 & 40") This is a rare find, very few other items with this exact tag found and all are very "edgy" maybe steampunk or post punk/goth. Pet and smoke free home. Excellent like new pre-owned condition. No rips, stains or tears.
