djfalcon @george7192 Since I can't see the complete top nor the complete bottom, I can't really judge it. And it's not clear what length it is nor what fabric it's made of -- rayon could be slinky, velvety, sheer...lots of things.

george7192 @djfalcon hi I posted some different pics and measured the dress from bottom to strap and it's 55" on lower half of skirt their is outer shell is the silk and the middle shell is the fishnet roughly stuff and the 3rd inner shell is smooth. Sorry for my lack of knowledge I'm doing this for my mom anyways I'm here for a little longer if there's anything I left out I can send more pic etc
