What are the measurements? Including the sleeves? Is this new fitted or relaxed fit ?

@akkai248 sorry I missed your question… sleeve is 23-24. across chest 21-22, length about 24. Hard to be precise as it is a flexible fabric with no seam cross the shoulder. Not a tight/slim fit but not the baggy/relaxed. I love the pockets, the neck line and the different fabrics for texture. Warm, comfortable layer!
