Womens blouse, XL

Womens XL blouse. Pics look black but it's a navy blue. Worn once, washed once. Navy blue with white delicate embroidery around neckline and down middle of front to bottom. Side seams have strings in them, below armpits down to hem, to gather sides up if desired, or leave straight and just tie at the bottom. Small slits blow the side ties. Tried to show in the last few pics.
