Women's blouse by Vintage Havana

Blouse/top size Medium by Vintage Havana. Tag calls color "rust", but really it is a subtle burgundy with overtones of rose gold. Fabric blend is 60%polyester, 30% nylon, and 10% spandex. It is lightweight but looks like velveteen except where the stars are...they are see- through. The sleeve details put the blouse over the top. Cold shoulder, but also "cold" forearm. Sleeves end in bell shape with self ties. Blouse goes over your head. Low neck leads to diagonal opening, no fasteners, and an elastic hem. Lovely and flattering. NWT.
