Womens blue denim dress from Romans 18W

This blue denim dress from Roman's fits in the "new without tags" category -- never been worn. A size 18W, it measures (when laid flat) 23" across the bust and 39" from the middle of the shoulder seam to the hem. The elbow length sleeves have frayed edges as does the neckline. The blue color is slightly faded (on purpose -- the dress came that way) in several places as can been seen in the photos. The dress fastens with a series of dark blue buttons extending down from the neckline and there are two on seam pockets.
