Women's business suit jacket black elegant size 14

Elegant style women's business suit. Black color with fine lines of very-small white dots. With lining and adjustable back. All buttons are black (flash from camera shows some buttons white but it is only flash) Actual size is slim/slender so it should fit standard size 14 as labeled. But I think it better fit size 12 / XL. In shoulders - 16 inches, armpit to armpit 20 inches (40 around bust) From neck to bottom is 25 inches. waist and bottom are same as bust level.
