hellonatkay Hi! I'm really hunting a basic black bootie like this and if you have a moment was wondering, Do you have a brand name on this? I'm trying to determine if it runs "true to size," How's the insole? Most boots like these have basically none, haha, but checking. Any shape or padding to the inside or just basic? Is the heel hard or rubbery? Do both zips work? I really appreciate your time. I know these are details, but they're very helpful.
