thegypsyfringe @sgibson2015 Hi, it's loose and flowy in the skirt and lower sleeves. The bodice is shirring so it has a give to it.

thegypsyfringe Hmmm, I may be mistaken about the shirring on the bodice. LOL It may just be a close pleat in the fabric. Ill have to check when I get home.
