Women's fall peacoat

Really nice material. It's thick which keeps your warm. I've never worn it. Only tried it on. I tried to return it to old navy, but it was a gift and they couldn't do it for me. It's too small. I like to wear hoodies under my coats and the arms were too tight with a hoodie under it. The "dirt" is fuzz from other clothing it was packed away with.
