Perfect flawless J Crew grey linen skirt. it is fully lined with a comfortable silky fabric helping with the awesome drape that this skirt has. It has a cute flirty flare at the hem and a nice wide flattering waist band the has a small hook and zipper closure and also a tie...i think that is mostly for the purpose of being cute rather than functional.
