Misslook is the brand. Made in China. Brand new. Never worn. I love it! However, I haven't worn this size since I was six. The tag says XXL. I wear an XL. Still too small. So shoulder to shoulder 15", sleeve length 23", neck to hem 54". Adorable and has a hood
