Women's knit dress

For sale is a black and white striped dress. The sleeves are elbow length on me but may be 3/4 on someone else. The measurements of the dress are: chest 18", waist 16", and length 32". This dress is in excellent condition, very comfortable and machine washable. It's another part of my "I'm retired" collection.
