Women's lightweight blouse with no sleeve, ruffle cap sleeve

this shirt is brand new and it is a size small. it has a few layers in order for it not to be see through but it is also very flowy and light. there are no sleeves but at the shoulder seam down to halfway down the torso, there are these flowy pieces that look ruffly but they are a very soft single layer of that ruffle that is there. it is new w tags, unfortunately it did not fit me so therefore I hope somebody else can find love in this shirt it is absolutely gorgeous. can be worn casually, for work attire, or for a night out very versatile and for a huge age group. also the yellow is very very calm so if you have any questions please let me know ,thank you!
