Women's long skirt

For sale is a women's long flowy skirt. It's a bright green color with a white abstract dot pattern. The waist measures 15.5" but there is elastic in the back to give the waistband a little give. The length of the skirt is 31.5". The skirt is brand new, never worn or washed. It's a great summer lightweight skirt!
