With bird legs Most outfits I need a large, but if it’s a mesh/stretch material, I already know that I need a medium, & it will form to my body as you can see my sister-in-law’s legs are thicker than mine she’s just shorter than me and we both weigh the same, and our measurements are almost the same but the outfit looks different on both of us She wore seamless black boy, short underwear, and sports bra under hers and before I remembered, I bought that yoga outfit I was about to wear my full body shape wear and it didn’t look cute. I just wanted my stomach out if I could. If you do, Shapewear just remember, don’t wear the thong or the full back panty the boy shorts or the biker shorts Shapewear it is very see-through
