Women’s long sleeve short tiered dress

Size 1x brand Dip. Very soft fabric with a tie detail at the neck and elastic at the wrists. Length approx 35” from the top of the shoulder. Flat pit to pit measurement is 22”. Color in first picture is most accurate, reads more dusty pink than tan.
