cinnilu @delaperalez good morning. It is 16 without a stretch so depending on how much of a stretch you need I would say 16. 1/2 to 17. The material does have a lot of give to it. I am a 34D and it fits well except a little snug across my chest but it doesn’t pull. I can send you a picture of it on me if you like.
