Women’s medium top/tunic. Sheer and beautiful!

This top is beautiful and has ruching up the sleeves with double rows of ruffle with pull ties to adjust sleeves. The hem also has tiered ruffles with a pull tie as well. Pulled taut is 24” pit to pit,however it hangs loose and flows so it’s meant to be wider. 26” length.
