Brand-new, with tags. Zipper and a button closure in the back. It did come with a belt but I cannot find it but it has the loopholes for a belt or you can cut them off if you don’t want one. Tags attached but no price listed. Armpit to armpit 23" Waist 33" Shoulder to bottom 60" Inseam 31.5" Rise 14" Lots of stretch and super comfy!
