H&M wide leg palazzo pants with pockets. High waisted elastic band, cropped length. Black with white and brown stripes. EUC, women’s size 4. Measurements taken laying flat: waistband is 13” across, 12” rise, 19” inseam. First picture showing similar item for fit is not mine, all others are.
