Women's plus size green and leopard print fringed top

Women's plus size green and leopard print fringed top size 5x. The sizing didn't seem to be completely accurate so I'm going to add the measurements as well. It is supposed to be a loose tunic style and with that fit in mind, it runs more like a 3x I would say. The sleeves are really cute and look like a bell shape but are half sleeves and go to about the elbow with fringe at the bottom This is brand new without tags and unbranded. It is 29 inches from pit to pit and 33 inches from shoulder to bottom hem.
