Women’s pop over dress with beaded bottom.

This dress was purchased for a ball fundraiser. But didn’t end up attending. It was $240 and I never returned it. It’s new with the tags. Size 14 It’s beautiful and the beading is gorgeous. The top is stitched on and does not come off. This would be a perfect mother of the bride or groom dress.
