Women’s pre-owned size S button down Miss Me plaid sweater dress with fringe

This short plaid sweater like dress has long sleeves that will roll up to 1/4 length sleeves with strap to button hold, has tassel like fringe around bottom and has embroidered tan pieces at top sleeves and around back top by collar. It measures 33 1/2” from top back of collar to bottom dress, not including the tassels.
