Women’s pullover black white polka dots stripes

I ordered off facebook. tagged 5X as seen in pics but fits like 2X. I knew this when I ordered it as it came from China and I looked at their size chart. It does fit me but don’t like it. It does not look like was originally pictured in the ad. It is not sweatshirt material as I thought it was going to be. It’s also not T-shirt material. It’s silky feeling. Never came with tags. Came in a bag. Smoke-free home. Never worn. Never washed. See measurements in pics.
