Women's retro black pantsuit, size 8 (but fits more like a 6)

For being 45 years old, or more, this black velvet outfit is in fine condition. It was only worn sparingly for special occasions. Although the label is Butte Knit, this is not a knitted fabric. It was made in USA, does not have a care label but is not washable, I assumed, except for the white dickey and detatchable cuffs. I would stitch cuffs back in if buyer preferred. The dickey was sescured around waist by thin elastic which has worn out; could easily be replaced, but dickey stays in place without. The waistband is elastized and fits 26". The cuffs measure 9" across. Photo with other measurement shows in seam as 27". Closure in back is by zipper that comes to within few inches of hem. Both side belt loops are in place. This garment is from a smoke and pet free home.
