Women's retro style long sleeve top, with cut out shoulders and turtleneck XL 14. so the main color in the shirt is blue, and it has a zigzag pattern across it with different colors. It is an extra large US 14. It could definitely fit a large, but there's a lot of room in the shirt so it's not form fitting. It does have a gathered waist but again a lot of shirt, so it sits kind of like a sweatshirt would. very cute, retro
