women's 1950s retro caplet sleeve swing dress with crinoline detail on hem. Tags are deceiving. Says US 14 / 3xl but fits like a women's 16. extra large bust likely won't fit. Only worn once with orange crinoline under at a Sadie Hawkins dance as Minnie Pearl (Google her kids).
