Women's size1-2, "shorts" jumper, with tie,( around hips or waist),

never worn maroon and white jumper it's got elastic around the sleeves which are a little longer than 3/4 sleeves and it's got built-in shorts and the tie can be worn around the hips or the waist wherever you prefer I would do the hips"",, because it elongates your torso, and makes you look leaner !!!!being a fashion expert that's a tip I thought I would pass to my ladies. I bought it & never wore, like everything I own! 😫
