mnmclaren @kennie0004 hi! Waist is 27 inches. The skirt does lay flat, it’s kind in the middle not super form fitting but not super loose either if that makes sense. Unfortunately it does not fit me so I can’t provide a good pic of it on! Let me know if you have any more questions!

mnmclaren @kennie0004 yes 27 is it flat. The hip measurement is 20 inches across. Theres a little stretch but not much.
