Womens skirt

This skirt is a strong dramatic statement, it's deep black, clings to the hip line, then does a subtle flair at the bottom 12-15". It has a sheer inner lining under the nylon/poly skirt. Also there is some elasticity in the skirt allowing for ur curves to be best noticed. The top of the it is elastic as well. Really cool piece to the uninhibited wardrobe.
