sleeves are 24", shoulders are about 18 1/2", the skirt 27" long and 19" across the front at the top of the waist.

Also, to a swer your question, the suit us in very good condition. I'm on a business trip so I can't look at it until this Friday night when I get back home, but I believe it's basically new condition with no snags or any other defects.
