Women’s strapless maxi dress

Perfect condition! This is the most comfortable dress! It is strapless and stays in place all night long! It does tie around the waist (can be tied in front or back!) I am 5’1 and this dress hits just at the top of my feet with flat sandals on! The bottom is sheer with an under layer and slit on the side! (Third photo shows slit and under layer!
